A relevant tertiary qualification/industry accreditation or extensive experience in project management.
Demonstrated experience at a senior level with organisational change projects.
High level of customer service, conflict resolution, negotiation and facilitation skills with the ability to communicate with a wide range of people and groups and to positively influence others.
Experience managing the varying expectations of multiple stakeholders across a multi discipline organization.
Sound understanding of resource planning across multiple projects and teams.
Strong financial management, risk management and budgeting skills.
Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically, particularly in the analysis of trends and opportunities
