IT Solution Architect

Collaborate with stakeholders and project team to define new features and business requirements and facilitate solution design
Identify opportunities for process improvement and systems optimisation, making recommendations to enhance ERP functionality
Conduct detailed business process analysis and mapping
Translate business needs into technical specifications for software development
Create and maintain detailed documentation of requirements, use cases, and system designs
Perform data analysis to support decision-making and project planning
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Contribute to the testing and quality assurance processes to ensure software meets business requirements
Develop training materials and deliver training
Act as a change agent to support the business in adopting newly defined processes and systems implementations
Management of third-party software / IT vendors as required
Participate in Agile software delivery ceremonies and follow Agile practices
