We can develop a brief of the role with you, usually consisting of a short role description, responsibilities, with a wish list of essential and desirable skill requirements. Other indication may be whether a specific formal education is required.
 
Cultural fit / personality type, Job location, permanent or contract, salaray range or contract rates are also useful when promoting the role and searching for the most suitable candidates for your organisation and team.
 
We source our candidates via a search through our database of candidates who are actively seeking a new position as well as advertising on appropriate professional jobsites and in suitable media. Most clients prefer anonymity so as not to be inundated with enquiries. REM Consulting respects these wishes.
