The process ends when a candidate is allocated to the vacant position. REM simplifies the recruiting process, making it almost enjoyable!
CANDIDATES
Applying for a position can be a tedious affair as it takes up a large amount of time for the candidate to apply for the right position.
REM Consultants respect the time that the Candidate has spent. A consultant reviews the CV and distinguishes the candidates chief assets. At the subsequent interview REM Consulting takes ample time to discuss the candidates qualifications, career goals and aspirations, safeguarding that it will be the right position both from the candidates point of view as well as the employers.
